This film shows the life of the King of Waltz, the palaces where he was living and pictures of members of the Strauss Dynasty. It explains the circumstances in which he was living as well as Jean`s relationships with women. All this is accompanied by Strauss`s famous melodies, played by the "Wiener Johann Strauss Orchester".
